THETA SUPPRESS

Open Eye Concentration

Configuration File: THETASUP

Use Category: BRAIN

This configuration uses a decrease of Theta to train concentration. It is a good state of mind

for learning new material.

You can use Theta Suppress to:

• learn to concentrate better

• learn new material

• be alert

HOOKIG UP

Use the Theta Suppress configuration to get a sense of concentration

1. From the FILE menu choose LOAD CONFIGURATION.

2. Select THETASUP.CFG.

3. Connect the electrodes as in the diagram. Use the cup electrodes supplied and the ten-

20 paste. Make sure that the skin is clean and you have a good contact.

4. Turn the WaveRider on by clicking the ON

button with your mouse or by using ""Ctrl

O."

5. The brain strip chart should have a clean signal if the electrodes are properly connected.

6. With your eyes opened focus your attention. Make the note go up.
