MIDI OPTIONS DIALOG BOX
CHANNELS
The lettered checkboxes provide the ability to choose among the WaveRider channels (or
among the saved channels, if an archive file is being read). If the GSR Input Mode is
selected, only the GSR channel may be used as input, so the checkboxes are not shown.
The spin control on the right provide the ability to choose among the 16 MIDI channels for
output.
Depending on which MIDI Mode is selected, there may be either one or two sets of channel
controls. If there are two, both may be used as a convenient way of producing stereo sound,
or only one set may be used, with none of the checkboxes marked in the other set.
OK, APPLY & CANCEL
Changes do not take effect in the MIDI Options Dialog Box they until either appl
y or OK is
clicked. Clicking OK
will close the dialog box and apply any changes.
Apply
causes changes to be applied while the dialog box remains open.You can hear the
effects and see the effects reflected in the slider.
