Things to Try
If you are using the muscle configuration to play music, try setting different threshold levels
so that you can create periods of silence and noise.
If you are using the muscle configuration to train relaxation you may need to raise the
sensitivity.
Try relaxing to get the sound to go down.
Think about something stessful and notice the response you get.
